ROC's unique Executive appointments division covers a wide variety of roles and disciplines. Our service is 'boutique' and we customise what is needed to each client and their requirements. Generally, for senior roles the candidates are passive - i.e. they are not in the job market, they do not place their CV's or details on job boards nor do they apply directly to companies. One of our most unique offerings, is that we conduct a search for a contingency fee - i.e. we only invoice you when we have successfully found the right candidate. We find that more clients prefer this method of recruitment rather than committing upfront, to usually much higher fees.
 
The measurement of our service is that we deliver quality people who will drive your businesses forward and who perform. A bad hire is not only an expensive recruitment mistake - it damages a business.
 
We will build a long term relationship with your business.  We take a very detailed brief - the briefing sheet is customised individually for each client.
