Our client is an Uxbridge based building company that provides a range of services, including design, construction, refurbishment and property management, for residential and commercial properties.

Reporting to the MD, this part-time opportunity as Construction and Technical Manager would suit a construction manager with 5 + years' managerial and commercial experience on new builds and building works now wanting to work flexible part-time hours between 15 and 20 per week.

As Construction and Technical Manager, you will hold an appropriate CSCS card and will have a relevant building management qualification as well as strong leadership skills and high levels of integrity and stress tolerance.

To be a success in this Part-Time Construction and Technical Manager role, you will have:

*Management and building qualification
