This temporary assignment is for a leading property / accommodation management company who rent out accommodation to students. It is based in Oxford and is a student-facing admin / manual role, involving administration; checking students in and out; providing outstanding customer service; handling complaints and ensuring properties are clean, functional and well maintained as well as assisting with anything that needs to be done on-site.

This assignment would suit an empathetic communicator who is available over the summer. You will have energy and a proactive, helpful nature and ideally some admin skills.

21st August till 15th September (inclusive).

To succeed in this Administrator role, it is important to have:

*Some admin / customer facing skills
*Computer literacy with MS Office skills
*Proactive and helpful nature
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
*Professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations
*High attention to detail

Key accountabilities within this Administrator role include:

*Providing reception services including welcoming students and contractors
*Checking students in and out
*Following up student related issues
*Assisting in and resolving student disputes and escalating where necessary
*Ensuring properties are presented to required standard
*Maintaining systems and files
*Entering data
*Associated administration
