This temporary assignment is for a leading property / accommodation management company who rent out accommodation to students. It is based in the Central London, and is a student-facing role, involving administration; checking students in and out; providing outstanding customer service; handling complaints and ensuring properties are clean, functional and well maintained as well as assisting with anything that needs to be done on-site.

This assignment would suit an empathetic communicator who is available from 28 August to 24 September. You will have energy and a proactive, helpful nature and ideally some admin skills.

From 28 August to 24 September (inclusive).

To succeed in this Customer Service Assistant role, it is important to have:
