*Student accommodation assistant / Lettings Assistant
*£7.70 per hour + paid annual leave
*21st August - end of September
*Work 5 out of 7 days, some Saturdays
*Lettings / accommodation management company
This temporary assignment is for a leading Property / Accommodation Management company who rent out accommodation to students.
It is based in London and is a student-facing role, involving administration; checking students in and out; helping with luggage, providing outstanding customer service; handling complaints and ensuring properties are clean, functional and well maintained as well as assisting with anything that needs to be done on-site.
This assignment would suit an empathetic communicator who is available over the summer. You will have an adaptable, hands-on approach, energy and a proactive, helpful nature.
Variety of temp bookings available starting on 21st August till end of September.
To succeed in this Lettings Assistant role, it is important to have:
*Some customer service / admin experience
*Computer literacy with MS Office skills
*Proactive and helpful nature
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
*Professional and calm approach when handling difficult situations
*High attention to detail
