Assistant Account Manager - Beauty
*Assistant Account Manager - upmarket Spa and Retail brand
*Based on a beauty counter within a West End based Department Store
*C £25,000 + bonus + exc bens
We are pleased to be recruiting for an engaging and sales driven Assistant Account Manager for our luxury Spa and Retail client based on a beauty counter within a popular West End based Department Store.
This outstanding Assistant Account Manager opportunity would be perfect for a charming and experienced Retail professional, ideally with a Beauty Therapy qualification, innate people skills and lots of drive and motivation.
This Assistant Account Manager is a full and varied role assisting in the management of a small team of beauty retail sales assistants and therapists and driving sales of treatments and products as well as developing brand awareness.
This outstanding Spa and Retail brand can offer you:
*C £25,000 basic salary

To be successful in this Assistant Account Manager opportunity, you will have:
*Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification highly desirable
*Experience within a retail role, preferably for a professional brand within beauty
*IT literacy using Word and Excel
*Exceptional client service focus
*Experience supervising a small team
*Warm, approachable and engaging personality
*Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
Key accountabilities within this Assistant Account Manager role include:
*Responsibility for growing sales of treatments and products within the store
*Proactively driving sales and meeting / exceeding personal and counter targets
*Raising awareness of the brand
*Educating clients in the product and treatment range
*Participating in promotional and PR activity
*Ensuring products and treatments prescribed are appropriate for clients
*Assisting and deputising for Account Manager
*Assisting with sales figures and business analysis
*Assisting in preparing monthly rotas for staff
*Ensuring the counter is sufficiently covered at all times
*Ensuring attendance and timekeeping is to an acceptable standard
*Ensuring customer service is of the highest standard
*Handling complaints promptly and efficiently
*Assisting in ongoing product knowledge and retail training for the team
*Assisting motivating and managing the team
*Assisting with stock checks
