This City based global Insurance giant has a varied and responsible 12 month maternity contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Team Assistant to provide general administrative support to Senior Executives within their City based office.
This Senior Team Assistant contract position would suit a strong communicator with 40 wpm typing, and proven experience providing secretarial / administrative and complex diary and travel management support to Senior Management.
You will enjoy a full and varied role providing diary management support; organising meetings; managing emails; arranging complex travel; answering calls; expense management, invoice and purchase order management; producing reports and presentations; ordering stationery; event management etc.

This Senior Team Assistant position is on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

To be successful in this Senior Team Assistant role, you will have:
*40 wpm typing
*Secretarial / administrative experience working with Senior Management, ideally within Financial Services
*Experience organising complex travel and diary management
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
*Strong MS Office skills
*High attention to detail
*Good organisation and time management
Key accountabilities within this Senior Assistant contract opportunity include:
*Managing complex diaries for Managers
*Organising meetings, conference calls etc
*Organising complex travel across multiple time zones
*Departmental administrative support
*Acting as a first point of contact for all calls
*Handling holiday and absence information
*Managing invoices and purchase orders
*Drafting and preparing reports and presentations
*Filing, archiving, binding, photocopying, scanning
*Meeting and greeting external visitors and providing support at corporate events
