*FMCG brand experience required - not necessarily within Beauty!
This hot-off-the-press National Account Manager opportunity is a key, senior role for a premium Beauty brand requiring an experienced NAM from an FMCG brand. Previous Beauty experience is not required for this outstanding career role.
You will be a natural sales person with commercial acumen and proven negotiating talents. You will be able to identify and maximise opportunities and develop strong relationships with Buyers. As well as taking ownership for the brand and growing the market share, this opportunity will contribute to the overall business strategy whilst motivating and developing a team.

To be successful in this National Account Manager position, it is important to have the following:
*Good standard of education, ideally a degree or equivalent
*Previous sales / account management experience within FMCG
*Strong IT skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Strong commercial awareness
Key accountabilities in this National Account Manager role include:
*Developing the brand
*Building strong relationships with Beauty Buyers
*Managing budgets and P&L
*Liaising closely with Sales and Marketing regarding presentations, training etc
*Involvement with online strategy
