This Part-Time Team Administrator - Investor Relations ongoing temp opportunity is primarily a proactive administrative role within the Investor Relations Department of a West End based Multi National.

You will be a key and pivotal member within the Investor Relations team, working closely with corporate communications, finance teams, government affairs and senior execs. Members within the team frequently travel and one of your responsibilities will be to co-ordinate international business trips as well as managing complex diaries, producing documents and presentations and organising external venue Investor presentations and Roadshows.

Experience working within a global environment is a bonus!

Working hours: 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday although some flexibility and willingness to work longer hours at times is required.

This Part-Time Team Administrator temp assignment ideally starts by 28th September and is on an ongoing basis.

*Travel and expenses booking tools knowledge an advantage
*Strong organisational skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*High attention to detail

Key accountabilities within this Part-Time Team Administrator - Investor Relations temp role include:

*Managing diaries
*Organising complex and ever-changing travel arrangements including visa applications and accommodation
*Preparing and reconciling expenses
*Organising Investor meetings and forums including arranging venues, equipment, catering, transportation, room bookings
*Managing tele and video conference arrangements
*Booking rooms, catering and equipment using online tools
*Taking notes and minutes at meetings
*Organising presentations at external venues
*Sending press releases via Investor Relations database
*Preparing high level and confidential reports, presentations and correspondence
*Departmental administration
*Ad hoc projects
