This PART-TIME Customer Care Manager position is a key role within an award-winning luxury beauty and skincare brand, whose Founder has become a leading go-to skincare expert for TV programmes, top glossy magazines and high quality newspapers.
This part-time Customer Care Manager opportunity would suit an experience Customer Care professional passionate about providing exemplary Customer service. You will manage the day-to-day orders, queries, complaints and all customer care issues for this highly successful brand that is followed by top Beauty Editors, celebrities and those in pursuit of skin perfection.
Hours: 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday.
This Customer Care Manager part-time role can offer you:
*Salary £23,000 - £28,000 pro rata
*Part-time hours: 9am - 1pm, 5 days

*Handling customer queries and complaints

*Co-ordinating sales figures
*Preparing goodie bags and products for events
*Participating in brand special events
