As a valued member of the dynamic Sales team, your brief as Area Manager is to assume responsibility for developing UK business whilst managing a team of retail professionals and ensuring targets are met.

*Driving performance and development of accounts

*Business planning for each account requiring team coaching and regular reviews
*Working closely with the Head of Training to train and manage retail teams
*Analysing sales figures
*Interpreting trends and forecasting future sales
*Assisting Senior Management identify alternative sales opportunities
*Following up and developing business through regular store visits and training
