It would suit a well-presented, polite individual ideally with some property management, tenancy progression or lettings experience as well as Word, Excel and Outlook and a confident, organised and proactive approach. Key accountabilities within this Lettings Administrator role include:
*Drafting paperwork for new tenancies including invoices and Tenancy Agreements
*Submitting reference requests for prospective Tenants
*Drawing up invoices

*Scanning and filing
*Dealing with sensitive information
