*£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

A world renowned global international consultancy is looking for a career-minded executive assistant to undertake a multi-faceted EA role. This is truly a unique opportunity for a degree educated executive assistant who can demonstrate that they have worked within a position that demands an awareness of national and international protocol while dealing with
high profile individuals, senior dignitaries, HNWIs and royalty.

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:
*Degree level education, ideally in Politics or similar
*5 years' + PA / EA experience
*Exemplary co-ordinating talents including extensive diary management experience
*Good typing, IT and MS Office skills
*High attention to detail
*Exacting, measured and diplomatic approach
*Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
Key accountabilities within this Executive Assistant position include:
*Diary management across multiple time zones
*Organising complex travel
*Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence
*Organising Executive meetings including taking minutes
*Research and writing basic briefing material
*Training, mentoring and guiding a Team Assistant
*Maintaining a contacts database
*Ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
