Our client is a fast-growing brow and lash business with many successful brow bars based in luxury department stores across the UK. They are now seeking a Beauty Services Manager for their flagship account in Central London.

This key role reports to the Senior Store Manager and is responsible for everything to do with the customer experience, such as ensuring the counter is prepared and beautifully presented as well as managing relationships between the Front Desk and Therapists. You will work closely with the Store Operations Manager leading the team, achieving targets, driving operational success and ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered at all times.

You will have natural commercial sense always looking to maximise sales opportunities and planning exciting events to inspire and engage with customers.
