This part-time Credit Control Manager opportunity is working for ROC Recruitment: a well-established and thriving Recruitment Consultancy, in our offices in the heart of the West End, close to Bond Street tube station.
We are seeking a part-time Credit Control Manager to report to the Financial Controller and take responsibility for collecting monies owned, (from large corporations and SMEs), as well as refining invoicing processes.
This autonomous role would suit an experienced and process-driven Credit Controller with B2B experience, ideally gained in recruitment, who is now looking for a part-time position within a dynamic, successful agency.
20 hours per week - days and hours worked are negotiable!
You will enjoy success in this part-time Credit Control Manager role, if you have:
*Previous credit control experience within a B2B environment, ideally recruitment
*A professional qualification - a bonus
*IT literacy including advanced Word and Excel
*High attention to detail
*Completer / finisher
*Strong communication, both spoken and written
Key accountabilities within this part-time Credit Control Manager role include:
*Following up unpaid invoices including liaising with clients with overseas accounting functions
*Resending invoices and timesheets
*Reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis
*All associated administration
