*Popular and long-standing Accountancy firm
Based in the heart of St Albans for a highly respected, well-established and friendly Accountancy firm, this excellent Team Secretary opportunity is an important position within the Administration Team.
Working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, you will provide admin and secretarial support to Fee Earners and Partners including audio and copy typing and utilising your excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as handling email and phone enquiries and arranging meetings and appointments.
The ideal candidate for this Team Secretary position will come from a professional services, or preferably Accountancy background and will have strong IT skills.

This St Albans company can offer you:
*Salary to £28,000
*25 days holiday, 3% pension, long service award etc
*Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
To succeed within this Team Secretary position, you will have the following:
*Accurate audio and copy typing
*Strong IT skills: Word (mail merge), Excel, PowerPoint, databases
*Ideally experience using an online document management system
*Previous secretarial experience gained within Accountancy or professional services
*High attention to detail and methodical approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Excellent organisational talents
Key accountabilities within this Team Secretary role include:
*Producing invoices, correspondence, documents, presentations, meeting notes, reports etc
*Creating template documents and forms
*Editing correspondence and documents
*Creating files and maintaining filing systems
*Answering calls and handling enquiries
*Maintaining and managing teleconference bookings
*Assisting the Administration Assistant
*Supporting reception as required
