Our client, a prestigious worldwide institution highly prominent in the Arts sector, is looking to recruit an intelligent Administrator with a strong interest in contemporary art, excellent MS Office skills and well-developed client service talents.
Working closely with the Business Manager and Senior Project Manager, you will have full involvement in special project sales such as high profile single owner sales and charity auctions, as well as managing the pre sale and post sale process for auctions and private sales.
This key Sales Administrator opportunity will liaise with Art Experts, Compliance, Shipping, Valuations, Catalogue Production, Marketing, Press and PR and requires an IT literate graduate with a strong interest in contemporary art and well developed communication talents.
