This City based global Insurance giant has a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented Team Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support at Executive level within Risk Management. This Team Assistant position involves organising diaries, meetings and travel; managing emails; producing reports and presentations; managing expenses; answering calls; typing minutes; acting as a first point of contact etc.
This Team Assistant position would suit an ambitious PA / Secretary / Administrator, with a degree, strong MS Office skills, great organisational talents and a professional, process driven approach, ideally gained within an underwriting, finance or actuarial environment.
