Based in gorgeous offices in the heart of Canary Wharf, this 4-6 week temporary Team PA assignment is working for an entrepreneurial global Real Estate company, assisting a friendly team of dynamic property professionals.

This Team PA temporary assignment is providing support to a Director and team and includes extensive diary management; typing; booking meeting rooms; travel co-ordinating; telephone liaison; filing and archiving; HR co-ordination; expenses management etc! It is a full, varied and busy role covering extended holiday for a period of 4 - 6 weeks.

This Team PA assignment requires an experienced Secretary / PA with good MS Office skills and strong organisational talents who is available immediately to complete a 4 - 6 week assignment.

This Team PA assignment can offer you:
