High profile hedgefund fund is looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to support at Director level and a small team within the legal and compliance functionality.

Candidates should ideally be degree educated with EA experience ideally obtained within legal, hedge fund, private equity or the finance arena, this role will offer the opportunity to grow and be real lynch pin within the team.

A busy and involved role where you will offer the full spectrum of support and an opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks!

* Extensive travel coordination (both domestic and international)
* Work with Assistant teams across their global offices.
* Manage and submit expense reports in a timely manner
* Assist in scheduling candidate interviews and liaising with the technology team to
implement technical assessments
* Assist in on-boarding new hires on respective teams (i.e., communicating office
policies and best practices, helping new joiners navigate the office and meeting
rooms)
* Light event planning for small inhouse/offsite team gatherings and client
entertainment
* Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects including but not
limited to liaising with the Facilities, Reception, and the broader Administration
team to provide support where needed
* Charity committee (produce newsletter, initiatives including charity of the month,
PA duties for committee including minute taking)
* BCP committee (manage documents, PA duties for committee including minute taking)

Candidate profile:

Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must
* At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar administrative capacity
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and excellent follow-
through
* Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, be resourceful, proactive and
adapt to unexpected events
* Must have excellent judgement and be able to prioritise as well as multi-task in a
deadline driven environment
* Comfortable working with individuals at all organisational levels
* Highest level of integrity, professionalism and discretion required
* Team player with a positive attitude
