The over-arching role of this post is to ensure that services on client sites are maintained, grown and that additional opportunity is discovered for the company / client.
Specifically in this role the Contract Manager is responsible for the following duties:
Being an ambassador for all dealings with the client, own staff and all other stakeholders.
Agreeing client requirements and ensuring these are shared with wider support teams.
Setting in place and monitoring key accountabilities and responsibilities for safety and compliance.
Engaging proactively with clients to agree and deliver project work to time, quality and cost.
Responsible for increasing FM services on client sites
Liaising with all parts of the client and other parties to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
Benchmarking to pursue cost-reduction initiatives and focus on improved customer service.
Facilitate opportunity for other divisions within the company
Key Accountabilities:
The primary accountabilities are:
To deliver contracted services to meet client requirements.
Manage and deliver building, grounds and construction projects on time and within budget.
To plan, agree and oversee delivery of project work to meet client requirement.
To provide MI on waste data and waste movements on client sites.
To develop a fully integrated service on client sites.
To support the wider team on client sites by assisting in audits.

Detailed understanding of facilities management or waste management technical requirements and performance specifications
Practitioner in continuous improvement approaches
