Role Overview
This is a new role created to respond to the growth they are experiencing since their stores opened in December 2020.

They are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to help out in a busy and thriving office environment.
It's an important role as information in these spreadsheet and systems must be accurate, up to date and usable as all information will be displayed in our retail store system and using on our shipping documents.

The Data Entry Administrator will work closely with the (London based) Logistics & Operation team/ Buying team/ Merchandising teams/ System team/ Accounting team/ Suppliers/ and Factories.

The ideal candidate will need to have a good understanding of computers skills especially in Microsoft Excel and able to type quickly with a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage and update the product list accurately
- Communicate with the supplier/ factory to collect the product details including the bar code number/ product code/ unit cost/ delivery quantity/ invoice/ packing list and etc.
- Updating the Product details list for our system team uploading the new items to our Bespoke system
- Filing the documents to their server
- Prepare the Purchase Order
- Create the Purchase Order from the Bespoke system
- Check the final invoice and packing list comparing with the created PO, the created PO will need to update if any difference between the actual order delivery.
- Update the delivery quantity in the bespoke system
- Upload the supplier/factory invoice to the accounting system

Personal skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, well understanding and practical with the basic calculation formula, standard unify format, accurate data entry
- Looking at the details, make sure all the information adding to the spreadsheet or system accurately
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Stick with the process, make sure the information up to date, in the meanwhile, flexible approach to working within the team, managing evolving responsibilities
- Self organise and motivate, comfortable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Critical thinking, to understand the information the supplier/ factory shared with us reasonable
- Mature and able to apply critical thinking to problem solve
- Communication skills - contribute to the excellent communication needed with our suppliers and factories between the London and International teams with the goal of achieving a 'one team' approach
- Proactive and able to contribute to improving our methods, processes and outcomes
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year' experience within a retail business
