Patrick Jamieson.
Head of Beauty Division
Started working in Recruitment in 2004 following a career as an actor which saw him in West –End productions of Evita and Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dream coat- understudying the lead!

Patrick began his recruiting career working for Intellego Health – which specialised in the private and NHS sectors. During his time at Intellego, Patrick was promoted to New Business Development Manager and won contracts with many leading Trusts throughout London and the UK. He also headed up a project to staff a Knee specialist clinic in Dubai- founded by the King of Dubai.

Patrick joined ROC in the summer of 2007, initially with the Commercial team but then joined the retail team and set up the Beauty Division. This division has grown rapidly and now boasts a cliental of many of the major beauty brands across the UK.
Last year Patrick headed up a successful project of staffing an entire new sales force for the first Liz Earle stand alone boutique in the North of England. 

Nichola Acton
Senior Consultant
Nichola is originally from Manchester where she worked as a Store Manager for the luxury beauty brand Space NK.  Following 5 successful years in this role, Nichola began her recruitment career working for Reed Recruitment in the senior level finance sector.

Upon moving to London in 2009, Nichola then joined ROC recruitment, initially as a temp to run the Christmas temps campaign for Selfridges – covering all aspects of on and off site responsibilities. This successful season resulted in Nichola being offered a permanent contract with ROC – working on the temp’s desk in both Retail and Commercial sectors.

During the summer of 2010, Nichola was asked to assist the ROC beauty division in a project to staff an entire new beauty boutique in the North of England. Nichola was the obvious choice for this role, not least of all because of her expertise in beauty from her days of Store Manager for Space NK.

The hugely successful outcome of this project lead to Nichola joining the Beauty Division permanently, untimely utilising her skills to grow her own desk in the sector.
