This leading luxury brand is currently looking for an exceptional Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be supporting the Group Finance Director with all accounts payable.
Key responsibilities:
-Full management of the accounts payable in a multi-currency capacity
-Process purchase ledger invoices and employee expenses
-Manage all supplier queries and reconcile statements
-Carry out weekly payment runs
-Reconciliation of company credit cards and management of petty cash
-Weekly reporting
-Complete weekly cashflow reports

Experience and skills required:
-Strong and current Purchase Leger experience
-Experience working in a similar environment
-Experience of working with SAP and intermediate to advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
-Excellent commercial awareness
-Experience of management reporting
-High level of attention to detail
-Proven ability of working to deadlines and prioritising a busy workload
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
