Responsibilities:
-Global commercial sales for the business both to third party retail partners (wholesale) and the direct consumer (retail and e-tail)
-Oversee and implement the company's commercial objectives and initiatives
-Evaluate the current business model and in conjunction with the Directors set short and long term strategies
-Forecasting and developing a detailed annual global sales plan, by distribution channel to support both the commercial and financial objectives
-Implement an international sales program
-Manage and develop collaborative partnerships with both existing and potential business partners
-Build, manage, develop, coach and motivate a commercial team to meet the needs of the business as it grows
-Oversee and manage the in-house Atelier to develop a significant 'private client' business
-Work with the Head of Marketing to implement an aligned marketing strategy

Requirements:
-Extensive experience in international luxury womenswear wholesale sales
-Strong experience in Direct to Consumer sales
-Strong market awareness
-Strategic account planning
-Proven ability of networking and lead generation
-Strong negotiation skills
-Business and commercial acumen
-Open and flexible with international travel as this is required
-Clean driving licence
