This award winning global property company have an exciting opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Advisor to join their HR department, reporting to Group Head of HR.

You will manage all company benefits and deliver compensation & benefits programmes.

Responsibilities:
-Manage all company benefits
-Action all queries and application for benefits
-Source new benefits, offers and discounts and promote throughout the company
-Attend regular meetings with suppliers
-Deliver a variety of compensation projects
-Work closely with HR Business Partners to look at trends and issues within compensation

Experience, skills and requirements:
-3 - 5 years' experience in a Compensation & Benefits team
-Experience of working in a commission structure environment
-Ability to negotiate the best deals from suppliers
-Intermediate/ Advanced Excel
-Excellent communication skills
