This opportunity as Office Manager / Letting's Administrator is working within the sales office of a fast-paced, dynamic global Property Consultancy based in the heart of Notting Hill.

This is a responsible, multi-aspect role ensuring the smooth running of the office, looking after new starters, some HR responsibilities, financial aspects and providing a PA service to the Office Head. This is a great opportunity for a true all-rounder to join a top Property company!

To be a success in this Office Manager / Letting's Administrator, you will have:

*1 year Secretarial experience
*PA / secretarial skills and experience gained within professional services
*Extensive diary management experience
*Strong MS Office skills
*Exemplary organisational and time management talents
*Outstanding communication, both spoken and written
*Flexible, proactive nature
*Total discretion and confidentiality
*High attention to detail

Key accountabilities within this Office Manager / Letting's Administrator include:

*PA support including extensive diary and email management
*Producing PowerPoint presentations
*Organising meetings
*Looking after new starters and assisting with inductions
*HR responsibilities including authorising holiday requests, logging absences
*Handling maternity issues such as risk assessments with pregnant employees
*Office administration
*Facilities management
*Acting as a main point for contact for key clients
*Financial responsibilities such as reporting, compiling and processing expenses, dealing with invoices etc
