A fantastic paying Receptionist opportunity! As the receptionist you will be responsible for the supervision and smooth running of the Reception area as well as providing full administrative support to the City team, when required. Regularly order stationary & postal duties.

Candidate profile within this reception position:

*2 + years' FOH/Reception experience within professional services
*An interest in Property
*Strong organisational skills
*High attention to detail
*Well spoken, clear speaking voice and excellent communication

Responsibilities within this Reception position:

Maintain a high standard of tidiness and order in the reception area at all times.

Greet and deal with clients visiting the offices in a friendly and professional way, ie. taking hats, coats etc.

Maintain an efficient and effective booking system for the Meeting Rooms via Outlook.

To provide refreshments in the meeting rooms when necessary.

Answer the telephone promptly in a polite and clear manner

Take clear messages and ensure that they are passed on to relevant individuals.

To be aware of current transactions within the offices to ensure that the best possible service is provided to clients at all times.

To provide back up admin support (i.e. sending out of mail merges etc)

Order stationary online & via telephone.

Keeping the stationary / refreshments fully stocked within the office.

Maintaining the store room eg. Keeping it neat & tidy.

To Liase with the building security / reception / facilities.

To collect post each day from the collection point. To frank the outgoing post each evening & take it to the pick up point.

Answering basic information queries and assisting professional staff & PA's at busy times.

Help with archiving & lisasing with our head office about recalling files & sending files back to archiving.

Setting up meetings when required.

Sustainability - keeping the sustainability folder up to date.
