Leading and growing professional services firm is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their growing team in Cardiff.
You will report into the IT Helpdesk Manager and provide support across the UK.

Responsibilities:
-Provide IT support to over 400 staff through the IT Helpdesk system
-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone and email
-Work as part of the team to ensure all support requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently
-Provide ad-hoc onsite IT support as required
-Undertake any additional work required

Experience, skills and knowledge required:
-Excellent hardware and software troubleshooting and problem solving skills
-Advanced IT skills with accomplished capabilities in Windows Desktop and Server operating systems, Active Directory, Azure and Office365
-Strong client base service skills including face to face communication
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with Freshservice IT Help Desk software would be advantageous
-Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
-Proven abilities of using initiative in a range of situations
-Must be willing to travel to other offices throughout the UK as required
