A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a luxury salon to hire an Operations Director reporting directly to the Salon Director. Successful Candidates will have managed teams in any hospitality or retail environment with a hands on attitude . You will be responsible for managing circa 60 staff across a wide range of skills and levels.

You must have strong leadership and organisation skills and be business focused. The ability to multi- task and be personable at all times is also essential.
