A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Senior National Account Manager to join a world leading beauty/fragrance brand to help build strong partnerships with assigned retailers, shaping and realising joint strategies to grow sales and profit, increase market share, respecting at all times the image and priorities of the brand.

You will be responsible for strategic vison and outlining the ambitions to improve sales, profit and brand image, and the initiatives needed to achieve those ambitions.

The post holder will negotiate annual commercial arrangements and define and implement retailer's joint business plans.

Successful candidates will have a proven record of establishing a growing relationship with key high street retailers, and must have up to 4 years relevant experience from the beauty industry. Candidates from FMCG looking to move into luxury (with a understanding of luxury) are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have a strong background in Key account management,with some experience of people management.
