World renowned luxury brand is looking for a HR administrator to join close-knit team!
Their head office is based in the heart of Mayfair and this is a great opportunity for an administrator who is keen to gain some more HR experience. Ideal candidates must be passionate about forging a career in HR - initially an 8 month contract and must be able to start immediately!
*Incredible offices and working environment in a fast paced culture
Responsibilities include:
*Supporting the London HR team that consist of HR Business Partners and Generalists
●General ad hoc changes e.g. preparing letters to confirm changes to employees'
contracts, preparing letters for maternity and paternity leaves etc.
●Recruitment - scheduling interviews, managing internal job postings, recruitment
website, mailbox and applicant tracking system
●Checking and copying of visas and passports for all new starters and interns to the
company
● Updating company org chart
Experience and skills required:
*Graduate level with an interest in HR
*Strong administrative skills and experience
*Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
*Driven, ambitious with a positive attitude
