Multiple temps to work for a Student Accommodations in Reading.
£7.38-£7.83 per hour plus holiday pay
Flexible shifts between Thursday 20th - Sunday 23rd September
You will be paid Next Friday!
Requirements:
Carpark Attendants
Check in staff - customer service and helping with student's luggage
Duties
You will be responsible for making sure all new student arrivals are checked into the properties and their rooms, this includes room preparation.
- Providing friendly and efficient "Meet and Greet" for customers as they arrive at the property
- Assisting customers in a professional and courteous manner, showing empathy and responding with urgency to customer requests
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Previous experience of and commitment to understanding, empathising and delivering against customer needs
- Experience of and ability to work effectively at pace
- Ability to learn quickly, but to know when to ask for help
