A hugely well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising many of the world's most recognised brands.

We are delighted to have recently won the contract to supply temps into one of the most prestigious shops in the world and now need to recruit a talented and ambitious Account Manager. Reporting directly to the MD, you will work closely with the longstanding team, building and taking responsibility for handling all recruitment on behalf of this highly esteemed retailer.

This is a fast paced role. We are supplying staff to run luxury stands within high end market, high energy, experienced retail temps. Manage sales targets, stock control, display, liaise with the client.

To achieve success within this Retail Recruitment Account Manager interim role, you will have:

*4 + years retail experience at supervisory or management level.
*Experience of recruiting retail staff
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets
*IT literacy.
*Flexible and adaptable nature
*Highly motivated and committed approach
*High level of professionalism
*Willing to travel to stores throughout London
*Willing to work weekends.

Key responsibilities within this Retail Recruitment Account Manager interim role include:

*Managing the contract, SLA and compliance
*Developing a relationship with the client at every level
*Ensuring exemplary customer service at every level
*Responsible for advertising and sourcing candidates from a wide-reaching and creative methodology
*Ensuring a database of candidates is built up and regularly supplied
*Expanding and converting existing business by opening up a wider range of roles
