Leading Private Equity firm that has a Mayfair and New York Office is hiring for a dynamic Executive Assistant

This is truly a unique opportunity for a degree educated executive assistant who can demonstrate that they have worked within a fast paced environment ideally finance environment. The ideal candidate will support two senior partners who operate at board level, candidates mush be able to demonstrate that they have operated in a role where they have been instrumental in the day-to-day running of the business!

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:

* Degree level education
* 5 years' + PA / EA experience
* Exemplary co-ordinating talents including extensive diary management experience
* Exceptional calendar management
* Good typing, IT and MS Office skills
* High attention to detail
* Exacting, measured and diplomatic approach
* Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality

Key accountabilities within this Executive Assistant position include:

* Diary management across multiple time zones
* Organising complex global travel and itineraries
* In box management
* Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence
* Research and writing basic briefing material
* Managing expenses
* Maintaining a contacts database
