Who we are:

We are a well-established recruitment business based in the heart of the West End, with a client base comprising of many of the world's most recognised brands. We are poised to make rapid growth within our chosen sectors and are actively seeking a talented and ambitious Candidate Resourcer to work closely with the longstanding team.

The role:

Working across both the temporary and permanent business, you will be responsible for candidate sourcing and acquisition, as well as managing the candidate selection and placement processes.

What we offer:

Apart from a generous basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000, we offer a great deal in return, not least an excellent commission structure in a business that has massive potential to expand and develop at a rapid pace. First year on target earnings are a realistic £40,000.

Who we're looking for:

We are ideally looking for a degree educated individual with 2 + years' experience sourcing candidates and experience of fully utilising a recruitment database.

You will be innately commercially astute with the ability to identify new business opportunities as well as reviewing and advising on the entire candidate attraction and sourcing methodology.

This is a career role, requiring a dynamic and focused Candidate Resourcer with a proven track record of achieving targets.
