International West End Property Firm based in the West End is looking to hire an experienced Archive specialist who can really drive through their processes.
This project is initially for six months but could be extended.
Job Description
Provision of a professional pro-active archiving service, ensuring all departments are following the correct process for archiving files. You will review the current process and implement improvements to allow archiving of files to be done in a more efficient way.
Main Responsibilities
Have full ownership of managing the archiving process, including the destruction of documents
Adding to and updating existing catalogue records
Improving the efficiency of the current archiving process
Liaising with all departments with regards to how archiving should be carried out
About You
Ideally have significant experience of archiving within a professional services firm
Self-confident with a personable manner, and excellent communication skills
Experience in a demanding professional services environment
Pro-active nature with ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
GDPR knowledge
IT proficiency and experience working with archiving systems
