Mayfair based Property Asset Management house has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support a team of Directors (4)
Exciting opportunity for an EA who wishes a role within a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
The role is supporting four Directors
Main Duties:
*Extensive diary and complex international travel management.
*Arranging meeting rooms, equipment, catering, accommodation, restaurants etc.
*Fielding telephone calls, acting as gatekeeper
*Arranging conference calls and video-conferences.
*Managing expenses, reimbursements
*General administration duties i.e. filing, faxing, photocopying, archiving, binding
documents, etc.
*Establishing and maintaining effective relationships, people management at all
levels.
*Collating confidential papers for meetings, creating and updating presentations.
*Liaising effectively with internal and external PAs.
*Delivery of projects as required
Requirements for this EA role are:
*Ideally degree or equivalent, but not essential
*Proven experience within professional services
*Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
*Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
*Excellent organisational and prioritising talents
*Resourceful, proactive nature
*High attention to detail
