Senior Credit Controller
*£12 - £15 per hour (depending on experience) Plus holiday pay on top
*Monday - Friday
*40 hours per week 08:45-17:45
*Law Firm - Financial Claims
*Wembley Park - HA9
*ASAP Start! Temp to Perm opportunity - Willing to wait for the right person
This established and growing Law Firm specialising in financial claims is looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join their team.
This is a very fast paced business and needs an experienced credit controller who thrives on challenges and who wants to take ownership and develop further.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing ledger balances
- Identifying discrepancies and resolving disputes
- Developing good relationships with customers and the accounts team
- Approving payment plans
- Review debt book and report KPIs
- Set collection targets for the team and check the performance
- Sending reports to Finance Manager and CEO on a weekly and monthly basis
- Liaise with solicitors and collection agencies to collect debt
Experience and Skills required:
- Strong current experience as a credit controller
- Experience of B2C and B2B credit control
