The Position: PA to Head of Department

Responsibilities
*Being the ambassador and the primary point of contact for the department across the national network of offices
*Extensive diary, email management and gatekeeping
*Domestic travel coordination
*Processing messages and emails, as well as monitoring team movements.
*Dealing with all incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients
*Handling of confidential documents and information
*Minute taking; monitoring accounts and assisting with ad hoc staff events
*Producing reports and documents when required
*Maintaining database, current systems and contact lists
*Administrating expense claims, invoicing and processing payment approvals

Must have
*3-4 years EA experience.
*Audio experience or at least a touch typist at 60wpm+
*Experience with a property background will be a definite plus
*Proven background supporting senior stakeholders
*Able to think laterally, and think on your feet to solve problems
*Good client facing skills
*Self-starter who can work autonomously and able to see projects through to completion
