Boutique property company is looking for a graduate PA to support the Marketing and Communications Directors.

A really varied role within a busy marketing and communication department the PA will be supporting two Directors, working across a wide variety of marketing disciplines - from PR, communications and advertising to social media and CSR.

Fantastic opportunity for someone to get in involved in all aspects the marketing life cycle.

Duties:
EA support to the Marketing and Communications Director

Electronic diary management (Microsoft Outlook)

Administrative tasks including raising purchase orders, expenses, printing, copying, binding, letters etc

Manage the weekly internal marketing meetings including regularly updating the team's action list

Proof reading and assistance with marketing documents, press releases, adverts, brochures, presentations, video scrips, websites and collateral.

Event management - guest list management, invitation distribution, catering and travel logistics for a diverse range of events; from investors and media to consumer and local community events

Management of sponsorship request database and drafting of proposals for consideration

Award opportunity research and management of the awards calendar

Potentially attending events

Previous Experience Required

Ideally degree educated with a minimum of 2 years experience in a PA capacity ideally some marketing exposure

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong proof reading skills are ideal.
