A well-located construction company in Solihull is looking for a qualified Accounts Assistant to join their thriving Finance team. This role is aimed at an AAT qualified candidate with considerable experience.

Salary:

Competitive salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience

This company is looking for an Accounts Assistant that has experience carrying out credit checks on clients, reviewing employee salary packages, bookkeeping, reporting monthly profit and loss, bank reconciliations, raising credit notes and raising invoices.

The candidate must be proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP's and pivot tables) and accounting software packages.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Recording all expenditure
- Reporting monthly board packs
- Identifying and reporting risks
- Checking and returning tax receipts
- VAT reports and payments
