Duties

As a Consultant, you will be trained by the house to understand the history and journey of the product, so you can eloquently talk about it.

You will be responsible for achieving goals by genuinely engaging with customers and delighting them with the scent.

You will be required to deliver the highest level of customer service at all times in a busy and competitive environment.

Essential

The winning team must have the following qualities:

- Exceptionally positive, with a can-do attitude at all times, demonstrating a passion for the brand and a genuine interest in .
- Well-traveled or with a passion or interest in overseas travel and with an interest in lifes' luxuries, whether it be fine dining or brands.
- Stylish and with an appreciation for niche brands, somebody who prides themselves in personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Active and savvy with social media.
- Confident with excellent customer facing skills.
- Experienced within a retail environment, preferable but not necessary.
- Fluent in English but a second language would be advantageous, preferably French or Arabic.

Working Week

Any 5 days out of 7 (Monday - Saturday) and willing to cover shifts from 10am to 10pm, 11pm during the Christmas period, Sunday noon to 6pm
