Summary:
Our client is a global property consultancy with an international network of over 400 offices. Recruiting, and retaining exceptional people is at the heart of their business.
We are looking to place a self-motivated, confident and assertive office manager, who is able to work with a good degree of initiative but also as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
- On-boarding new starters and completing their first day induction
- Managing HR processes including authorising holiday requests, ensuring absence logs are up to date
- Secretarial duties including diary management, email management and document preparation
- Office administration including front of house role and arranging changes to telephone system when required and supporting with office branding as well as creating presentations for team.
- Helping to organise office meetings - weekly & monthly agendas, taking minutes and distributing to the team
- Corporate travel arrangements & booking
- Facilities management including health and safety
- Financial management support including monthly reporting (management accounts / fee records - invoice reconciliation etc.) and monitoring department travel expenditure
- Helping with marketing duties such as keeping property brochures and price lists up to date and in order
Must have:
- 2 years + experience in a similar secretarial or Office Management role
- IT Skills: Word (Advanced), Mail Merge proficient, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Extensive diary management experience
- Database experience
