*Ongoing long-term temporary role, with the possibility to go permanent
An organic juice company in North Acton is looking for an Admin/Operations Assistant on a long-term temporary basis with the possibility of going permanent.
This start up company is growing rapidly and now supply their juices to companies such as Harrods, Eat, Waitrose and many more.
Duties
*Managing relationships with suppliers
*Raising purchase orders
*Tracking deliveries
*Liaising with customers
*Keeping spreadsheets up to date (Must be confident with Excel)
*Managing orders and stock
*Handling queries over the phone and via email
*Ad-hoc admin and customer service
Essential
*Excellent telephone manner
*Friendly and confident personality
*Positive can-do attitude
*Extremely reliable
*Excellent attendance and timekeeping
*Team player
