Be part of a luxury global skin care company supporting the International team to support the growth and development of their retailers and distributors.

Salary:

Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum

Requirements:

- 4+ years in international retail account management
- Experience in small and large companies
- Luxury background

Working week:

- 40 hours per week
- 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

- Develop weekly sales reports
- Analyse weekly sales and KPI results and share with management
- Provide monthly reports of productivity
- Work closely with Operations team
- Deal with invoice queries and credits
- Coordinate and support distributors
- Provide Merchandising plans and help them to implement these.
- Create sampling initiatives and create forecasting.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
- Track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance
