Reception Team Leader - West End


The role of a Reception Team Leader is to provide the highest levels of client care and VIP service. To ensure that the reception runs efficiently, and all reception duties are attended to. Responsible for supervising the junior receptionists, and ensuring that all functions are carried out in accordance with stipulated protocols and procedures.

As well as following the main duties of the Front of House receptionist:

*Managing the day to day running of the FOH team. Taking full responsibility in the Front of House managers absence
*Completing the weekly Rota for the team. Ensuring VIP lists are completed daily and circulated accordingly
*Liaising directly with the FOH manager each day to ensure maximum communication
*Daily floor walks of client areas to ensure room checks are completed and any maintenance issues have been reported
*Conduct any ad hoc personnel duties within the team. Including one to ones, team talks and catch up's
*Completion of return to work meetings, following sickness procedure and ensuring the correct reporting of absence/sickness took place
*To ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to and the H&S induction is completed by all reception team members
*Work closely with the FOH manager for the organisation of Quarterly FOH Team meetings
*To be involved in PA meetings to support the FOH manager
*Conduct any initial screenings/ 1st stage interviews when driving recruitment within the FOH team
*Responsible for training new starters, this includes the new starter induction and being a training buddie for the 1st week

*Processing annual leave requests for the team and ensuring holiday calendar, holiday sheets and Master rota reflects this
*Liaising with booking coordinator weekly and covering during absences
