Leading London Financial institution based very centrally is looking identify a dynamic degree educated Executive Assistant who can support a very high profile CEO.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate longevity on their CV supporting a CEO within a Financial organisation. The role is not a traditional type role and candidates should have a degree from a Leading UK Russell Group University. The functionality of this role is purely business but the reach of engagement will span financial, governmental and philanthropic

To be successful in this Executive Assistant role, you will have:

* Degree level education - Russell Group ideally
* Evidence of supporting at CEO Level for a medium sized company ideally a finance house
* Extensive board exposure
* Understanding of the importance of total discretion and confidentiality
* Exemplary co-ordinating and project skills
* High attention to detail, the ability to take on extra operational duties
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and
grammatical skills.
* Competencies include: planning and organising, problem solving and analytically thinking,
technology and process, verbal communication, written communication


Key responsibilities within this position include:

*Manage the day-to-day schedule of CEO, organising and scheduling
meetings, proactively identifying priorities and commitments and coordinating
appropriately.
*Coordinate and manage all Board meetings, collating all the papers and minutes.
*Manage incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls, taking messages as
appropriate, sorting mail for priority and responding appropriately.
*Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, documents and reports which are typically
confidential in nature, drafting required documents in standard company format as
directed.
*Liaise effectively with a range of internal and external staff, acting as a first
point of contact for all internal and external inquiries and functioning as a
liaison between the CEO and other internal staff.
*Arrange national and international travel, including itineraries, visas, transfers
and accommodation.
*Acting as a gatekeeper, sorting e-mail for priority and responding appropriately,
managing incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls.
*Stakeholder engagement ability to build working relationships across a wide range of
internal departments.
