Qualified Senior Accountant for a 4 week temporary assignment in this standalone role within an SME. Reporting into the Managing Director.

Within the role you will be responsible for all round day to day accounting requirements.

Duties

* Management Accounts
* Cashflow forecasts
* Statutory payments
* Bank reconciliations
* Payroll and managing external payroll suppliers
* Supplier payments
* P&L Forecasts and budgets against actual
* Expenses and commission payments
* Manage part time Payroll Administrator and Credit Controller
* Identify efficiencies and streamline processes utilising outsourced partners
* Adhoc duties as requested
* Credit control
* Invoice discounting and or factoring

Experience, Skills and knowledge required:

* Must be at least part qualified
* Must have credit control experience
* Must have Invoice Discounting experience
* Experience of working in a similar standalone role
* Proven ability of using own initiative and working to deadlines
* Knowledge of all accounting principles
* Experience of QuickBooks or Xero is essential
* Excellent IT skills including Advanced Excel
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Willing to pick up extra duties as required
* Previous experience working within a Recruitment business is preferred
