A Costume Retailer is looking for a Product Admin Assistant to join their friendly Merchandising team.
Role:
*Obtaining catalogues from suppliers. Informing Merchandising of supplier ordering deadlines.
*Setting up and maintaining the new product line list.
*Keeping the Buying & Merchandising team informed of new lines launched & old lines discontinued by suppliers in season.
*Setting up new lines on SBO & ensuring all product data is complete and accurate. Updating the Stock Live Checker spreadsheet. Discontinuing lines on SBO as directed by the Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser.
*Creating, maintaining & distributing shop book pages.
*Managing shop laminates - creating spreadsheets, briefing Design and distributing to stores.
*Creating line lists for events such as World Book Day.
*Keeping stores and Marketing informed of new and discontinued lines.
*Creating & maintaining a calendar of events. Informing Merchandising of upcoming events to allow them to plan stock packages for stores.
*Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Merchandising team.
Skills Required:
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Experience using Excel.
*Good communicator.
